Tax Bar Association (TBA), Jodhpur is an association of persons who are actively engaged in professional practice of various Direct and Indirect tax laws viz. Income tax, VAT, Service tax and Excise, etc. and accountancy. The Association was formed long back in the year 1983 with Chartered Accountants, Advocates and Tax Practitioner as its members. It has its designated place of office at Income tax and Sales tax department of Jodhpur and is duly recognized by all Revenue offices.
TBA has successfully represented various fronts: Central and State Govt., Tax Administration Authorities viz. Income tax and Commercial Taxes Department on various issues of general public interest. Be it Pre-Budget Memorandum or day-to-day compliance issues of various tax laws and difficulty faced by the general public. TBA have organized seminars and conferences on varied laws and amendment thereupon.
